I know this is old news or NOT really news, but.. really? A nearly direct rip of the federation of planets?

"Amazon was considered an early frontrunner for a project that Pentagon officials have described as critical to advancing the US military’s technological advantage over adversaries.
The project, known as Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure, or Jedi, will store and process vast amounts of classified data, allowing the US military to improve communications with soldiers on the battlefield and use artificial intelligence to speed up its war planning and fighting capabilities."

have no complaints about using, in my opinion, something that the whole world and all the aliens who drove by the planet .. already know about.
Laughable, but functional.

Between the star trek space force and the Jedi, I'm thinking that every sci fi trope ever, is now a perfectly plausible cover for the truth.
We'll send demolition man with his starship troopers thru the stargate to the red planet on a mission to mars, because MARS ATTACKS! (ack ack)
When the new battlestar galactica is ready, they'll make a quantum leap out to the outer limits, ya know.. the twilight zone, On the fringe, where the supernatural stuff is.
They'll open the top secret x files and execute order 66 on the 12 monkeys led by King Alf, who struck first at our new colony over on westworld.
I know, I'm putting a lot of thought into this. No I dont need a doctor. Who?
I'm going back to the 3rd rock from the sun to retire this American horror story.

I'm sure someone was inspired years ago by SDI's "Star Wars" moniker and had been sitting on all this, waiting for the perfect reveal.

On the other hand that kind of fits when you consider that no sane person can take the Space Force seriously, including whoever came up with that logo. It being absurd is more fitting.
