I took a screen shot of your video using Microsoft Snipping Tool. Then I took that image into Yandex. They mentioned Zara so I knew they were close. FreeOnes has an alias for Nelly Sullivan as "Zara" The thing with Yandex, is that they show several tube sites that listed Twistys as the main site but didn't match up to having a scene with Zara. With Zara as the model, they only listed three sites, but two sites had this scene, pornhat.tv. and fapvid.net. Pornhat.tv seemed to just list scenes. I couldn't find the scene over there.
But with fapvid.net of a xvideos hosted video listed her and the necessary scene.

The Twistys scene is called, "Bootylicious" ... I then confirmed all of this with Tineye. Tineye gave me a last name.

With Twistys - Mindgeek and its webmaster have pretty much decimated, destroyed and ruined the website since they purchased it from Shap.

For the first part :
As for finding full videos, best to become a paying member. But once they are off a website's main server, like for example Twistys here, then you are pretty much out of luck. Though there are places you can still go to on the internet. Yes, places for questionable and pirated or stolen content. I can't disclose them here. It would get me in trouble with the FreeOnes team.
Do what I did. Turn a screenshot and make it into a .jpeg image and see what comes up in Tineye and Yandex. Those are the two most reliable reverse image search engines.
For the second part :
A website for every video pertaining to a pornstar? Most pornstars work at various places. You could try to become a member of every paysite imaginable. But that would become a very expensive undertaking.
I personally will tend to use the iafd.com, data18.com and adultempire.com.
