I believe it’s Honey Wilder.

She’s enters an apartment dressed nicely and is talking to another woman about how she can be good at sex…and wants to do it. Paul Thomas is in the room and the other woman instructs her to start having sex with Paul Thomas and turns into a threesome.

Great Sexpectations? The Henri Pachard film? From 1984?

Paul Thomas? He wasn't in that movie. The two departed actors who appeared in the film were John Leslie (RIP 2010) and Jerry Butler (RIP 2018).
