Someone pulling a hoax, perhaps? Those crimes are all too real, apparently. Mere sightings could be drug induced or simply the product of an overactive paranoid imagination or fear, but where people actually disappear there's got to be something more to it. Coincidentally, or not, The X-Files are coming back to television, looks like their going back to their original paranormal formula, before the alien conspiracy story arc took over the whole damn show.
