Like the bad guys from Lethal Weapon (only with a lot less panache) 2 they flaunt American laws and say shit like "I could kill you and get away with it."

There was a time when this policy served a purpose, back in the middle ages when a royal or noble would be sent to an enemy country to ensure civility. Modern times don't really require diplomats to meet directly when skype or face time would suffice.

I'd say yeah, but that would work both ways. Our diplomats overseas wouldn't be protected and you can imagine how that would go.

At least this piece of shit can be expelled and sent back to qatar. I'd prefer he'd suffer a tragic accident though.
