I found that pic of her with her back to the camera. She has a tat on each shoulder blade and another star tat on her hip. With that, one website named her as Bella. Using that name and the watermarked website name on the pic, Google gave me a result on YouTube, msbelladesire. I didn't think that would lead anywhere, but the tats are a match.
