Here's just another glaring example of the Bush administration's laissez faire attitude about what goes on in its various agencies at the middle-management and field levels.

Yeah we missed out on this big scam with writing bad mortgages then selling them so when they went bad you were in the clear that has the economy on the brink of depression now.I can just see the guys who worked at those banks and mortgage houses sitting on a beach somewhere now with a hundred million sitting in a swiss bank account saying "Suckers!"
