Maybe I'm not reading this correctly but does it say where the money is gonna come from?
Who's paying?
I'm sure many people are struggling and suffering from the deaths of ****** and friends, losing someone is very hard to cope with. I feel for them and understand.
But do they deserve money?
If yes, who deserves to pay?
Families were asked to say by March 31 whether they were comfortable with the proposal. If they agree, they cannot sue the state government, including Virginia Tech.
Why should a lawsuit against the state or college be acknowledged? It was one mentally disturbed person who committed the *******, the state, college or taxpayers should not have to pay for this.
