Semen in Porn may become illegal, quick help stop this

California Division of Occupational Safety and Health’s standards board may mandate the use of condoms in porn videos:

I dont want this to happen. Quick email the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health’s standards board here:

Tell them there are already protections for porn stars. Tell them some movies need no condoms like jizz movies. Tell them becoming a porn star is voluntary so if people don't want to be in porn without a condom they can find another job.

P.S
The more emails they get the better. Make your voice heard.

Yeah, let's email them to annoy the fuck out of them hurry!

After the vote, James said he wished more hard-core porn actors had come forward to tell their stories, and that the board -- which will take a least a month to form an advisory group -- had acted sooner.

I too, wish that more porn actors would come forth and tell their stories.

Keep in mind, this is just California. If this causes problems, maybe the porn industry will branch out to other states like Montana and Mississippi. Give all those bible-thumping, pro-life fucks a bleeding ulcer. :thefinger

Better yet, why not charge porn companies money that choose not to use condoms in their scenes. Money in that state has to come from somewhere, right?

While I don't think it's fair to FORCE it upon companies to do this, I do fully support condom porn. You can't tell me Wicked is where it's at because people don't like seeing condoms on a dick.

I mean, the monthly basic panel tests that most of us get out of common courtesy for one another do not test for everything.

Condom porn does make a difference for some people. It's not the same (no pun).

Here's the thing, California wouldn't be making it any safer. They will just guarantee California won't have a porn industry...or at least not the way it is today.

Producers will likely go shoot elsewhere because the marketplace overwhelming doesn't want to see condom porn.:2 cents:

This initiative - if taken through and put in effect would simply be the next stepon the 'Failed State' ladder.

Cali has lost the major part of Hollywood movie production due to the unattractiveness in fiscal maters. Thats why movies are being made everywhere else the cost can be cut on that part.

And adult industry will simply do the same.

It's not that a good porn movie has to have the LA scenery, right? To, me, it can be set on ANY city, beach or what the hell as long as the babes are hot and the action's smokin' I am buying

Arnold, insert your very own facepalm :ban:

I support mandated testing for STD's. Some pornstars do tend to neglect getting tested or even hide the fact that they test positive for something because it means they can't work for the time being. On the other hand I think condoms would hinder the performance. Bareback and cumshots have appeal to the many people who watch porn.

They have some nerve regulating the porn industry, especially when there are more important matters. Our education system, for one, is fucked up due to state budget cuts.

Where are my lefties to argue for more government intervention on this one? What's next, a porn semen gestapo to arrest any persons caught exposing bodily fluids on film??

Aren't you listening? They are the idiots proposing this nonsense. But frankly I can see this being argued for by either of the stand for nothing sides of the political spectrum. Surprisingly, it is the porn actors who had an effect on changing a no vote on this to a yes. Why aren't they self regulating? Sounds to me like they want to justify to the fans why they're doing something not popular with fans.

I don't see "Condom Porn" as appealing as normal porn. Sorry but that's just me.

No rubber? then don't blubber!.

I think it's a good thing, both for performers, and consumers, although it could have some repercussions.
