Correct. That is Jack Vegas. He and Veronica were a one-time married couple.They are divorced now. Jack Vegas has several tattoos. The most notable are the two tribal tattoos on his neck and shoulders. Jack Vegas has 972 screen credits at the IAFD.

There are three other "Jacks" working during the last fifteen years especially during the 2000-2010 decade.
1. The other heavily tattooed Jack working around that time was Jack Venice. He had the machine *** bullets (ammo) tattoo around his upper left thigh [as he was a U.S. Marine Corp machine gunner in the Iraqi war.] as well as later having a huge cross tattoo on his back. 566 screen credits at the IAFD.
