I always considered the contestant's background to be utter BS, at least unlike the hostesses' background it's never lead me to any IDs.

no surprise. really don't understand why the show never had a list of the cast of each show. just didn't make sense.

using the info from the show the closest thing i found to someone from ontario who went by sarah (which i know could just be a random alias, for eg. kendra lust did that) and did work for playboy was sarah ve

definitely not the sarah i'm looking for in this ID thread but damn i did have to do a little double take. but the lips are totally different, sarah from foursome has luscious big lips.
