Sabrina D From Met-Art: Real or Surgically Enhanced?

My belief is that they're real and absolutely perfect. She does seem to have a little bit of raised skin surface on the outer perimeter of her nipples in some of her pictures, but I chalk it up to nature. The way that they're shaped (that lack of perfect roundness) convinces me that they're real, although I suppose it's possible that they were lifted and/or reduced.

I have never seen fake boobs change their shape like that, even in that extreme of a position. They always stay at least mostly round. I'm going to say real (and amazing).
