He was a horror icon of sorts for fans of the genre. Bill was well known as Patient Zero aka Cemetary Zombie from Night of the Living Dead.

Just found out about this. I was on Yahoo! News a few moments ago and noticed the article about his passing.

Another Icon of sorts gone. Soon there will be no more Icons in the horror genre. Todays scene doesn't have a whole lot to say for it's self.
