Reverse surprise!

I'm looking for similar to a movie I saw a long long time ago where in the woman surprises the man some how, for example . . .
- surprises him by asking him to cum in her (genuine surprise not planned)
- surprise creampie (she refuses to get off regardless of his warning, again, genuine not obviously planned)
- surprises him by sticking it up her ass

etc etc, just genuine, not bad acting obviousness (unless it's a really good movie )

This is the closest I have ever found and unfortunately it's not that convincing. There's almost never anything on this (especially not real/amatuer), despite how much I (and at least a few others) have tried to find it. Hundreds of backthreads reveal quite a few threads about it, and never any actual links.
