Retreat from piracy bill

This doesn't yet mean that those bills are permanently dead. They could return at any point and the same effort of telling then otherwise needs to be done then if no massive improvements are made to these proposals. I simply think that they should stay dead forever. MPAA and RIAA have already proven hundreds of times that they should never be trusted, because this sort of shit will always be a result of it.
 
I still used Wikipedia, when I clicked on the relevant Wiki link if you clicked the X (stop) icon at the top as soon as your page opened up you could stop it going to that protest page, you had to be quick though
 
This is good as a lot of those in office seem to be people who have no clue how the internet works and what exactly they're signing up for as they support this SOPA thing. It's basically a bunch of people who probably aren't that tech savvy listening to propaganda from the movie and music industry who have the power to easily manipulate them whereas your average person has little to no voice in these matters.
