What about repping one again if enough users repped them since last time 
?
For example the same guys always solve my ID requests. They will each give twenty-six more IDs out before solving one other of mine for which they won't be repped and why can't I? They doubtless deserve it so it's not a fraud. By the way reps are much better than thanks! Someone on another forum once said:
