Releasing anger

If theres one thing that pisses me off more than anything it's when people flake. I'm pretty good about controlling my anger and what not however I feel it'll be useful to know how others release or control there angry ways.

Normally, I exercise, pace around my house like a madman, try and calm down and try to solve the problem indirectly or I hit the crap out of my bed being that I just painted my room and so I don't want dents in the wall just yet LOL!

What do you do?
