There are members who had reported that they wern't able to rate threads. When they tried, they got the message that they had already rated it, when they actually hadn't.
This is a known bug for v3 of vBulletin and we found a patch that the programmer just uploaded. If you still get the message that you can't rate the thread because you already have rated it, report in here!
