I voted for two, but in truth, I'd say about 1 and a half stars. I don't mind fake tits, but these implants are too big. They shouldn't look like a softball sitting on top of her chest. Also, you can see the scars outlining her nipples. All in all, a pretty poor job by the doctor when you consider the scars and the too large size.

The rest of her is very nice though.
