Ehh, let the buyer beware.
You could always go into your local bank, after the fact and get the rep to reverse the charges. Ya know, if they dont.
But more to the point: Do you really wanna get a guy to reverse fap money, in case they dont refund? There are more trustworthy sites out there that have sales, all the time.
