Eh, probably will. Although San Andreas was frickin' huge compared to Vice City.. I dont think it had nearly enough missions. There were all these places to go, drive around and buy houses.. but.. the story was less than spectacular like Vice City or the SCARFACE game.. and although there's thousands of sights to see.. this yard, this backyard.. this street, this hill.. that forest.. it rarely amounts to anything. Few missions to be had.. if you're lucky youll play more than *ONE* for a particular building. Character development is pretty sad, too. What happens to Toreno, CJ, the girlfriends, ANYONE?! What would be nice.. is mixing The Sims.. Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion's 3D socializations.. and San Andreas. People go about their lives.. but you can pick ANY of them.. and start a fight, or fall in love with them, or steal things from their house..take their car, speed off.. into a lamp post, watch the police come get it days later, or watch the scavengers take the parts..
Or maybe shoot your GF's headlights out while its in a driveway, tail her while she drives to the spray'n'pay to fix it. Kill a guy out on the street, get a star. Kill a guy in the alley, no star.
I remember.. when the Ultra 64 dev's said they would make a disk drive for the system, they said a feature of a game would be leaving footprints in dirt that stay there until it rains.. skidmarks on the street, leave an item somewhere and it stays.. etc etc. That sounded awesome. I still havent seen that idea realized. After things fade past the draw distance, they're frickin' GONE. Every person is random. There are houses.. but noone lives there. LAME.
