Pretty Blonde

Hi all, can you help ID this blonde for me please. You'll see from the attached images that they are from a very poor VHS tape, and in fact it was so poor I couldn't make out the credits at all. A friend has said that this may be an actress called Patricia, but I have no clue if this is accurate or no-where-near the mark Sorry about the poor quality of the screen shots. It was the best I could manage I assure you.

You'll notice she has a mole on her left tit (right tit as we look at it) , and a tattoo on same tit. Maybe someone recognises these markings ?

(If anyone could name the film too that would be a very awesome bonus, but I realise this is very likely impossible)
