Having read the article it said the manager had been seen there several times before so that rules out newly appointed Mancini. Avram Grant is relatively new to Portsmouth so I will rule him out.
The article stated the club had been invokved in many Multi-million pound deals and pay ten's of thousands of pounds a week in wages to players. So that rules out Owen Coyle as Burnley haven't spent much money.
Allardyce is just out of hospital for a heart op so I will be astonished if it was him.
So that leaves 16 to choose from. Of those I would say either Phil Brown or Harry Redknapp.

Arsene Wenger - Would be unable to 'see' where the entrance to the brothel is..

Alex Ferguson - Nice thought, but surely he would have insisted on an extra eight minutes being added to the hour, by tapping his watch.

Rafa Benitez - would never be able to decide which position to use

Martin O'Neill - Would probably bore the poor hooker to death

Sam Alardyce - Dicky Ticker

Steve Bruce - Face like the back end of an elephant

Zola - Possible.. great in the tackle and good ball control
