Negerzoenen means something like 'negro kisses' and a few years ago they were renamed to just 'kisses' for being racially insensitive.

Yet we still have zwartepieten at Sinterklaas (white people who dress up as black people by covering their skin with black shoe polish and painting their lips red to help Sint hand out treats to all the little kids).

No, they're just more robust. You can really feel it when it's going down your windpipe. It feels nice and "leathery". Also, all this "negro" stuff is reminding me of the episode of "louie" when he visited his great aunt :1orglaugh

Fazer is a Finnish Company who do make some very nice sweets.

In South Africa we used to get very large gobstoppers which had licorice flavour as the external layer. These were known as ****** Balls.
There was even a song by Jeremy Taylor that included them in the chorus. In a more PC version somewhat later, they were renamed Sugar Balls.
