a) the sheer amount of first rate vomit photography that exists
b) how every shot seems more surreal than the last

Bit of advice. If you are on a fast moving object...say a rollercoaster...and the guy in front of you hurls as you are moving at a high rate of speed - it's not a bad idea to suppress your surprise and keep your mouth closed.
