Pornstars Begging For Money

I don't really know any pornstars so I can't speak to the begging phenomenon in that industry, but it always strikes me as a bit odd when cam chicas do the 'help me, I'm broke' thing. Life happens so I don't judge anyone for being in a tough spot, I guess I just look at the situation like guys visit us to gt away from their problems, not to take on someone else's (to paraphrase Chappelle). I think for some it's a hustle and more power to 'em if it works for them, I just question how effective that strategy is long term.

As far as wishlists and such, if guys don't want to contribute they don't have to? I don't do one personally because it doesn't appeal to me, but wishlists seem to be really popular. I doubt so many chicas would use them if they turned off the majority of their clients and fans.

i barely spend money on myself...why would I spend it on someone I don't even know? If they are sick and in dire needs then it's okay. I'm not gonna give money to someone cus they want new expensive shoes, and bras.

I will!
Just as soon as I reach my first million...I promise...!

:2 cents: This was my entire fortune, but I spent a penny on a thought....

Missy Monroe recently returned to performing in porn. Her Amazon wishlist via her twitter account lists toys for her little son. What a good mom she is!

Yeah sure and if you decide on giving anything away to webcam models or what have you by cash you'll immediately start blaming the president or American government for the choices you make:facepalm:

...little coulisse bubbles breaking down? Interestingly enough, what I see as one of the main reasons of why relationship between regular man and a pornstar is unlikely work is closely relative to these kind of behaviour amongst women and pornstars...

Does wanting to have others fund your travel, accommodation, food, etc., count as part of this disgraceful concept?

For example I recently recall this:
https://fundanything.com/en/campaigns/around-the-world-with-mariah-2
http://www.kicktraq.com/projects/3780562/round-the-world-with-mariah/ (failed)
http://www.kicktraq.com/projects/3780562/dinner-with-a-pornstar-an-online-cooking-travel-si/ (failed)

:dunno:

...and let the soap opera show run...

I wasn't really talking of wishlists. I was talking of girls asking for money for whatever problem or alleged so they might have in life. This is the only industry i know where girls, famous girls, have faked terminal cancer and terminal bone infections, just to name a couple. There are girls who live a life above their possibilities, they even show it off and then they come begging for money for paying 400$ rent. Girls who shit on their fans until they need "donations" for their new breast implants or for paying their kid's nanny when they shoot porn. I talk with personal, direct knowledge of such situations.
It has nothing to do with offering content or something in return for money, Spexy: that is called selling and it is already the main core of our business.

There are 9 to 5 jobs out there. I know it's hard for spoiled brats and scammers to get their ass off bed at 6am, but if you can't make enough money for a living with this job, common sense wants that you change job and not that you lever on people feelings with disgraceful lies in order to keep scratching your cunt or dick all day long.

I think you touched on it earlier in terms of the type of people the industry attracts in general, wether it's the business owners, the entertainers, or the customers, you have to take the good with the bad. There is plenty of both.

I would never give any money.
No presents either.
They should go get another job if porn can´t pay the bills.

You wouldn't, but there are people out there who either don't have anything else to spend their money on or get genuine gratification by giving models money.

I've heard of people paying cam girls money to not go private, or not do any nudity stuff on cam for an entire week. I know of people who buy porn stars and girls gifts on a regular experience and expect nothing but the girl's to talk to them. Or just acknowledge them.

They're consenting adults. It's their money and if there's models that can benefit? I'd never do it myself, but I'm also 100% sure there's people who look at my hobbies and don't understand my obsession with different sided dice, gaming miniatures, or going and hunting Tupperware containers in the forest. Who are we to judge in the grand scheme of things??

I guess I'm out of the know on this, but, begging and asking for help could be seen as two different things.

About helping to pay for surgery for a dog or pay long distance bills - shoot the dog and get rid of the boyfriend overseas.

That phone bill is never going to die, is it?

No reason to waste time...dude, you are a stupid asshole, and probably always have been.

I blame Obama for your idiocy...

The mind boggles. Do you hunt them to keep their rampant population under control? :)

Back on topic though. I agree with everything Sabrina has said so far. I have come across a few models doing exactly that, asking their fans for money and I have always come away from such encounters a little bit ill at ease with it all.
I don't know if it's just been my experience but the models I have seen doing this have always had in my eyes a bad attitude in general when it comes to their fans.

I really hope I'm not being grouped in with these "disgraceful, lazy, selfish, and thick" models because of the thread I had created about an offbeatr project I had in mind. As others have mentioned, it's one thing to ask for money without giving anything in return, and it's a whole other story to start up a program hoping for contributions while you're giving out prizes in return for the donations you're receiving, as that's what I would have done, I would've given out various prizes for different donations- free memberships, custom photo sets, custom videos, used shoot items, etc. I think I've decided not to run the project because I doubt I'd reach my goal, but regardless, that's what I would have done, and 100% of the money would have gone to the project itself- not to pay rent, not to pay bills, not to buy groceries, nothing, not a single penny would go into my pocket.

But I also don't quite think it's anyone's place to judge other girls who do this type of stuff. Or rather, to openly speak so negatively of them. It's fine to disagree with what someone else is doing, but that doesn't mean we should be attacking them. They aren't hurting anyone. If someone else wants to ask for money, let them do it, and if someone doesn't agree with it, they can ignore it. It's the same with anything else. I've never been one to get in another girl's business just because she does something different than me. If someone else wants to do hardcore, webcam, become an escort, etc. then good for them, more power to them. Am I going to judge them for it? No. It's their business.

Since men who use those kind of "personal services" are mostly always lonely and simply just seek closeness with a woman what they lack in their real lifes, that is nothing too surprising. Thought I would call this bit like a "nice guy -syndrome", give girl a gift, see her spread her legs. Open her a door, and see her (probably not) spread her legs... Men can say whatever lies they want, but chances are that they would never gift same money to their other "real" friends or random homeless person on the streets the same way just to "feel" some gratification (random leftover trash freebies given to friends do not count) what they do for porn girls... Let's just call it a mating dance for now... Either way, gift and get something in return (attention/keep girl going) apply here too...

I was not referring to you at all.

About judging, though, i have that gift from God and therefore i'm pretty keen to use it. We all judge, animals judge. When you send someone to fuck off because you disagree with them, you have already judged them. Those who pretend not to judge are just hiding their judgement to the counterpart and often are those who before or after will hurt you or fuck you badly.
Back on topic, yes, it is bad and they hurt people those who use you just for money gains. I know that dignity and respect are rare goods these days, but i refuse to accept that taking advantage of more or less simple people should be seen as a smart attitude by the recipient versus an idiotic status of the donor.
Again, if you are truly ill, show the papers. If you are not ill and you don't make enough money to pay your bills, change job. If you can pay your bills but you say that you cannot in order to get donations and buy that new expensive purse, may someone steal it from you two mins after your purchase. If you ask for donations for that new breast implant or for that new pair of inflated lips, get a life or a shrink.
The above forms of begging are all deceitful and i don't see how someone can find them acceptable. Unfortunately they are really common stuff in this industry and they don't make the healthy side of the biz look good at all.

I think it is a disgrace. You pretend to be splendid and a Goddess. You go as far as playing the "who the fuck are you to call someone who takes two dicks up her cunt publicly or get naked for the masses a slut" and then as soon as you have to deal with bills and with your showed-off Goddess status unbearable expenses you cry for help from those same people that you have called annoying (to say the least) when you thought you were a star. I see more and more of this shit and, again, i find it disgraceful. What is with this trend? Sign of the times? Just selfish people who happened to land into porn, but they might have landed in any other businesses and still whine the same? Or maybe is it just me being acid and selfish and noticing this trend?
I've fallen twice for it in the past. Now, whenever i see the pornstar in disgrace playing the "Help, fans!" card i smell laziness, selfishness and thickness.
To say it in 5 words: i do not believe you.

Ok I'm sitting here trying to figure out if you really look for plastic containers in the woods? I can't for the life of me figure out what you're talking about, not trying to hijack the thread but I won't be able to properly sleep unless you explain!
