Has anyone else encountered her and do they know which name is correct or if they all are? Has she just changed her name a bunch?

They're probably all correct.

Although some women in the porn & nude modelling business may change their name here or there, most do not. Usually, it is the website they model for that gives them a new name. Most likely to distinguish themselves from other sites that do the same.

StasyQ is a good example. They give their models a common name and then add a Q on the end for some dumbfuck reason.
Examples: NellyQ, LucyQ, BerylQ, etc.
