Popular Blonde ID with unique tattoo

Its driving me crazy. Im looking for this chick who is blonde, has a mercury symbol tattoo (I believe, want to say red or pink) around the waist I think, honestly I cant remember where, and I seem to remember yellow star tattoos as well but not positive. Shes quite popular I just cant think of who she is for the life of me PLEASE HELP! lol
