I never thought I'd say this - but, lets give a big round of applause to the pope!!! I was really impressed with the way he handled himself in turkey and taking such a leap of faith to reconcile with Orthodox and Muslim leaders really made me rethink the way the catholic church is going. I'm a very bad muslim but I'm also a muslim - I've prayed in christian churches, I've gone to synagogues - the best thing about this that he showed us that religion is a shared value rather than an esoteric one that is limited to the confines of its society of origin. :angels: :bowdown: :hatsoff: :glugglug:
