pop up problem

Hi. Im new to the forum, but i thought someone out there might be able to help me. I've been comming here for awhile now. Great site! However i have come across a problem recently when i visit the site, and a few others also. When i enter the site/sites, i get a pop up which never came up before in my recent visits. It happens EVERYTIME i hit the back button, or close out of a link. I've deleted cookies, scanned with spybot search and destroy.. and i cant get rid of it. Its become an annoyance to my booby surfing. Can someone help me? I run internet explorer for my browsing.... Its called "search for your favourite porn"and here is what the pop up looks like
