This terrible incident that occured back in May took place when apparently, a Police officer assaulted a student just because the *** didn't have his shirt tucked in. What the fuck was the guy's problem, anyway? Was it really necessary to beat up a *** who was willing to cooperate and surrender to the school principal quietly?
