This happened in Toledo, OH. Apparently, this teen was loitering somewhere when the police showed up to tell him to go away. Then, something happened (which isn't on the video) and the teen ended up in a chokehold, ***** all over his face.
The video was taken by a neighbor, but it clearly doesn't show everything that happened. I've been looking, but haven't found any additional information on this news story, other than obvious "fuck the police" type of comments on blogs. Does anyone have any other information on this story? For instance, what happened between the time the police showed up and time the video started?
