just applied for a job and went through the process and they told me to go to a computer for a computerized interview. it was multiple choice with strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, or strongly disagree. i did it was offered a personal interview, but while waiting another guy told me it was a point system?
is it really a point system? meaning a point for the correct strongly and the middle ones don't count? just wanted some info on it. Thanks guys i just know a porn board can help me with this
