Point of Order

What's the rule about quoting an article or anything from a 3rd Party and properly annotating the link and/or who said it. And how much do you plan on enforcing it?

It's been my understanding during my entire time on the internet that if you copy/paste, provide your source. When I say it's my understanding, I mean I have been seriously warned about it meself.

If the answer is, "We don't give a ****", fine just say so and I'll quit worrying about it.
