I know I've seen this girl many times before but after a couple of days of hoping I'd remember, I can't. Please help me figure out who she is...I had another picture of her, a little better, but this board has a pretty messy album editor so after 30 mins of fumbling this is the only picture I could manage to upload correctly, please put a name to her face!

On a side note, can anyone tell me how to delete images from my albums? I can delete them from each individual albums, but they still remain in my uploaded pictures, which from there, I'm lost...
