Pinterest ?? ... Questions and Concerns

Every lady I do a google image search on has a pinterest page. Is there any benefits to joining Pinterest? Does the person who "pins" the picture actually identify the lady in question? It seems everyone responding says he "likes" the picture but nothing useful is said.

What are your thoughts?
