Seriously! What is the fucking deal? You know what I'm talking about.
So many pictures of girls in their teens and 20's, where they are facing the camera but their eyes are directed upward, possibly diagonally up and to the right/left.
What exactly is that pose supposed to mean? Is it a suggestion that they are on their knees ready for cock? Are they just in deep thought? Well, then why do so many of them pucker their lips when they do it?
I don't know. I'm seeing these pictures all over the place. I'm not talking about porn sites but really everywhere. I'm sure you have as well. Profile pictures at YouTube, Facebook, Myspace (remember that one?), and elsewhere.
I have to ask because it has been bothering me for a few years and can't make heads or tails of it.
Maybe I would think it was cute, if it wasn't so overdone.
Perhaps it's just another example of the way that anyone with a camera/cameraphone thinks they are a photographer.
But please, for the love of all that which does not suck on this dirtball earth, help me to understand why this silly pose became 'the thing to do'.
Oh, and don't get me started on the ones who do that while throwing (what looks like) a gang sign.
