I always feel a bit "cheated" when I come across a nice photo that been digitally altered. Is that a fair statement, or am I making a big deal out of nothing?
I realize that all women (and of course all models) are always doing things to "enhance" their appearance, such as only wearing clothes that accentuate the positives and downplay the negatives. I'm also sure we'd all agree that cosmetics, when used properly, can make a world of difference in how pretty a bird looks. Is digital enhancement just another tool, a perfectly acceptable method of making someone look better, or does it take this idea one step too far? Do you care if a photo you like has been obviously run thru computers to improve it? Just curious.
