PG-13 versions of Playboy centerfolds

Playboy usually does a PG-13 version of all their centerfolds which do not show vagina or breasts. They use these for their non-nude lingerie calenders and also during the playmate of the year voting. It'd be nice to have them all compiled in one place. Here's 2009 to start:
