I agree he starts a few too many useless threads (this is why twitter was invented) but some of his stuff is interesting. He hasn't broken any rules (as far as I can so far with my short time on this forum) and he doesn't flame.

I don't even know why they have flaming as against the rules. It is so entirely up to interpretation and rarely does anyone agree one it.
