Paysites with only flash videos

I have understood that some paysites only offer streaming flash videos and while i fully understand that piracy is a big problem for paysites i would say that to only offer undownloadable streaming flash videos and not mention a word about it before you sign up is as close to a scam as you could get.

Streaming videos makes the site completely useless for people with slow connections who don´t want to sit and wait while a video buffers for thirty seconds after playing two seconds.

What these sites are offering is basicly a rental service and should be much cheaper to join than sites where you can download (buy) the content. If i go and rent a DVD at the videostore i pay perhaps 20% of the price it would cost to buy the same DVD and i don´t see any reason why it should be any different on an internet site.

I'd say you've got a good point. And to be honest, making the videos stream only really doesn't prevent piracy.

Well, that sucks. Its a good thing, then, that I am usually so broke that I couldn't waste my money on their stuff.
