Just read about this new law.

What do you all think? legally speaking, not emotionally if possible.
Do you think this is a good thing? Do you think its Government interviening unjustfully or overstepping its legal bounds?
As a ****** of one who has paid ***** support through the state(GOV) for 5 years and have never gotten more than 300 dollars behind, but have had my drivers licsense suspended numerous times,several warrants issued for my arrest, spent the night in jail twice, gotten my credit destroyed, and many times the money was never recieved by the ***, ect,ect. all because the ***** support system at least in my state has serious accounting problems. I understand the system.I've been in court more than I wish, and I,ve seen some stuff that literally made me feel sick. Fortunatley for me I now pay directly to my sons ***, without government involvement, and my *** benefits from it.
Of course the law was ****** "for the ********" as are many laws and tax hikes, but how far should the government be allowed to go?
