That's my thought too. A proper space station and moon base would make any other exploration far easier and cheaper. Consolidate our limited resources there and worry about Saturn later.

Call me naive, but what the hell are we wasting all of this money for? Really, they better bring back an outer space rock with some crazy virus inside waiting to be unleashed onto an unsuspecting Earth or I'm going to remand a refund.
