Did a search, couldnt find one so figured id start one up. This is a thread where all us bros can share diet/supplement/training advice to get bigger, stronger, faster in 2010. Im currently training for the tapout nationals in July, im about 5'4" 180, gonna bulk up to about 230 then cut for about a month before the competition. whats goin on bros check in
