I recently received an infraction for bumping a thread on the Identify the Babe board. I thought each user could only bump a thread every 24 hours, not that no one could bump a thread for 24 hours. The rules read like that, and people bump other people's threads in less than 24 hours all the time.
Here's what it says in the Identify the Babe Board Rules about bumping:
"You may "bump" your thread to see if anyone knows who the babe is 1x every 24 hours." Again, I read that as the OP can only bump once ever 24 hours, and by extension, other individuals can each bump a thread once every 24 hours.
Can someone clarify the rules? I don't want ******* the rules, but this will dramatically change the way I use the FO boards. Thanks.
