Based on her recent twitter photos, it looks like she has had facial plastic surgery. Thicker lips, perhaps slimmer nose and her chubby cheeks seem slimmer. So much for that natural look. She lost some of that innocent sweetness. She should have milked that look for awhile. I think she should have also found 90s star Celeste's plastic surgeon. Celeste had a similar look and her face was amazing. Noelle, whatever you do don't touch your breasts.
I love the earlier comment about the 1995s. It's like a sports league draft for the Class of 1995. Noelle could be the No. 1 pick from this class.

Next thing you know it's ten years later and she's had so many face lifts she looks like a goddamn cat. Look at Devon - she used to be one of the prettiest girls in porn and now her face is hideous from all the plastic surgery.
I'm generally in favor of breast implants (with the exception of girls like Noelle who already have perfectly-big knockers - she should leave hers alone). But in my opinion porn stars should never get any facial work done at all. It's a slippery slope that always ends in disaster.

She didn't get a boob job. Her tits are still the same in her new scenes as far as I can tell.
Some people are arguing that her new scenes show signs of some face work. Personally I don't see it, I think it's just different makeup/lighting and maybe she lost a little weight that's making her cheekbones look more defined.
