[NEEDS ID] No luck so far...

I haven't been on here for a while due to work, etc. and I haven't had any real "mysteries" to solve but I've got one for sure now! I tried with google images and tineye and every other way I could think of to find her name with no luck. So I thought it might not hurt to get some experts involved and see if you guys had any luck. Any info will be much appreciated!!
