New rules for new threads !!

I propose a rule to make one day a week a day when no new threads are allowed. Maybe we can rotate the sections. All you could do was dig back and find an old thread and comment on it. What do you people and I do mean that loosely think of that idea.

perhaps Monday would be the day NEW threads would cost 5 credits and give our moderators some time off.
