Sounds like a corrupt source file; try redownloading it. And then try unzipping it again, if that doesn't work you might have to undergo WinRar's archive repair wizard.

I've downloaded the gallery myself but have no black images. :dunno:
So perhaps you should indeed download it again.

I had a problem with this gallery as well, the zip was supposedly "corrupt". All I had to do was delete it and re-download it. No problems once I re-downloaded it.
