Ok this is really really vague since I have no actual movie scene to show anyone. All I have is my memory but I remember the scene in great detail.
It started with a white female (I am almost sure she was middle aged but cant be sure) in a red dress telling a naked white male how much she liked butts in a dark empty interrogation room. After explaining her love for butts (and what she liked to perform on them), she tied the man up by all four of his limbs. After tying the man up, she started spanking him with her bare hand and asking him "Do u like that?" with every swipe to the ass. The man replied "i don't know" in answer to the question everytime it was asked to the point where she blindfolded him (with a white blindfold i'm pretty damn sure) and continued.
I was a very small child when I saw this, so I know it had to be from some old movie or show or something. I am currently 22 years old and was born in 1993 of April. My brother thought I was sleep and I snuck up to catch him watching this in the living room. I have no idea if this was a dvd he was watching or whether it was being broadcasted on television after dark. Or he simply could have ordered it off of the cable service, I don't know.
